The Ohio University Gender Project Needs Your Help!

artoftransliness:

Ohio University graduate student Milo Wilson is seeking our community’s assistance with an anonymous research project to help better understand how different social and interpersonal experiences impact the coping and mental health of transgender and cisgender (those whose assigned birth sex is congruent with gender identity) individuals. Participation in this project will involve taking 20-30 minutes to complete several questionnaires, some of which will ask about social, psychological, and interpersonal experiences. To participate you must be 18 year of age and older. Although this study is specifically seeking individual who identify as transgender or gender variant, persons of all gender identities are encouraged to participate.

  28. veuxveuxpas said: This needs a trigger warning for sexual violence, past trauma, and cissexism. The questionnaire itself implies a lot about people’s bodies and genders. Urgh.

the questions are a little awkwardly worded, or limiting in their answer choices… but a good survery i felt. TW: rape
